Forgiveness

"Of course it is too soon to die i thought, but did the Nazis ask wether our children, whom they were about to gas had ever had anything out of life" (weisenthal, 31). Weisenthal's pathos tugs at the senses when he connects to the audience. Talking about the children capitilizes the brutality. What do small children dying at that age get out of life? The memories with parents and friends that makes a childhood special. the love shared throughout the engagement of friendship. Dying at such a young age puts all of that to a hault.
I think that Weisenthal's point portrays his confusion as to why Karl deserves forgiveness and to be felt sorry for, for dying young when Simons community was dropping at even younger ages.
